ReadyClim® R32 Refrigerant Line System – Fast, Sealed, and Certified

ReadyClim® is a revolutionary pre-charged refrigerant line system, developed by Airton to simplify the installation of wall-mounted air-to-air heat pumps. This patented technology allows you to install your reversible air conditioning system quickly, safely, and independently – without the need for an HVAC technician.

    100% hermetically sealed
    Only 4 nuts to tighten
    No refrigerant handling required

A New Way to Install Air Conditioning

With ReadyClim®, you're no longer dependent on complex tools or professional intervention. This smart connection system is:

    • Time-saving: installation takes just minutes

    • Secure: leak-proof and pressure-resistant

    • Eco-friendly: pre-charged with R32 refrigerant, which has a GWP (Global Warming Potential) of just 675 (vs. 2088 for R410A)

    • Tool-free: no vacuum pump, gauge, or recovery station required

    • Compliant with EU F-Gas Regulation (EC No. 517/2014)

    • Do-it-yourself: Designed for confident non-professionals

    Tested. Certified. Patented.

ReadyClim® has undergone years of R&D and over €3 million in investment. It is protected by multiple European patents, including:

    • Patent FR/EP – Published 2009 (ReadyClim® Original)

    • Patent ReadySpring – 2012

    • Patent ReadyClim Anti – 2015

All components have been tested to meet pressure resistance levels 4x higher than required by EU standards, validated by SGS, INTERTEK, and CETIM.

    Interconnection Possible (up to 12m)

Need more length? You can extend your ReadyClim® line using 4m or 6m extensions connected via the Airton Union Connector (sold separately). We recommend not exceeding 12 metres of total line. Beyond that, additional refrigerant charging would be required.

    Installation Has Never Been Easier

    • Just tighten 4 nuts

    • No vacuum draw required

    • No risk of gas leakage

    • No need for specialised tools

    • Compatible only with Airton R32 pre-charged units

Installation is straightforward. Once both units are mounted, connecting the pre-charged pipes is a breeze if you can use a spanner. The electrical wiring is just as simple! I’m 72 years old, and I did it myself.

The product is exactly as described—easy to install, highly effective, and very quiet (even quieter than our wood burner!). My only slight gripe is the app: while you can set schedules, you can’t pre-set specific temperatures for those slots yet; you have to log in to adjust them manually. Aside from that, I’m very happy

Excellent equipment and so easy to install—I’ve already bought four units! On top of that, the after-sales service is top-notch. I highly recommend them; I’ve even bought one for my office.

Not at all! Thanks to our ReadyClim technology, you can get your reverse-cycle air con up and running yourself in less than an hour.

    Is the equipment reliable?

    keyboard_arrow_down
    add remove

Absolutely. Airton has been manufacturing air con units since 1990 and was the first to develop a system allowing homeowners to handle their own installations safely and easily. In 2008, our founder Richard Mazigh invented the ReadyClim system—a game-changing connector between the unit and the outdoor block. Since then, we’ve sold hundreds of thousands of units across Europe, constantly refining our tech to stay ahead of the curve.

Which model do I need for my room size?

To get the most out of your air con, you need the right power for your room. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose:

    • Small Rooms (up to 25m² / 270 sq ft): Ideal for bedrooms or home offices. You’ll want our 9,000 BTU (2500W) model.
    • Medium Living Spaces (up to 35m² / 375 sq ft): Perfect for standard lounges or large kitchens. Go for the 12,000 BTU (3400W) model.
    • Large Open-Plan Areas (up to 60m² / 645 sq ft): Best for big open-plan flats or shops. You’ll need the heavy-duty 18,000 BTU (5270W) model.
