    1. Selling Countries (Where We Ship To)

    Currently, we only ship to the UK.
    We deliver all around England.
    Wales and Scotland
    Ireland in the North
    We don't ship to other countries at this time. If you order from outside the UK, your order will be automatically cancelled and your money will be refunded.

    2. Tax Information

    Prices on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax).
    The price you see when you check out is the final pricing. Importing won't cost you any extra taxes or fees.

    3. Shipping Origin

    All of the products are packed and shipped from our UK warehouse.
    We make sure that every order is wrapped carefully and delivered in pristine shape.

    4. Currency

    All payments are made in British pounds (£).
    If you use an international card, your bank may use its own currency conversion rate.

    5. Shipping Cost

    All orders in the UK come with free standard postage, with no minimum purchase.
    The price of the product (including VAT) already includes all delivery charges.
    There are no extra fees or expenses when you check out.

    6. Handling Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
    • Orders placed after 05:00 PM, or during weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

    Delivery timings are simply guesses and can fluctuate because of the weather, the courier being late, or many orders coming in at particular times of the year.

    8. Order Cut-off Time

    If you place an order before 05:00 PM on Monday through Friday, it will be processed the same day.
    We take care of orders that come in after 05:00 PM the next business day.

    9. Delivery Terms and Carriers

    We use trustworthy UK delivery providers like Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on the type of order you place and where you live.
    You can monitor your order from the time it leaves the store until it gets to your door.

    10. Change of Address (in 12 hours)

    If you provide us the inaccurate or incomplete address, please contact us within 12 hours of completing your transaction.
    We can only modify the shipping details prior to the order's dispatch.
    Once we send the package, we cannot make any changes.
    Please email us at contact@airton.co.uk with your order number and new address if you wish to update your address.

    11. Order Cancellation

    If you haven't sent your product yet, you can cancel it within 12 hours of buying it.
    You can't cancel an order once it's been shipped, but you can return it once you get it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
    If you need help cancelling, please get in touch with us straight away.

    12. Order Tracking (Available Within 24 Hours)

    After we send your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
    Usually, tracking information starts working within a day of shipping.
    You can always visit the courier's official tracking page to see how your order is going.
    Please contact our support staff for help if your tracking information hasn't changed in 24 hours.

    13. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

    Please tell us within 48 hours after arrival if your package is broken or missing items.
    Please add:
    Your order number
    Photos of the damaged goods or package
    A short explanation of the issue
    If we think it's required, we will review your claim and either give you a new item or your money back.
    If your package becomes lost en route or doesn't show up when it was supposed to, we will talk to the courier about it for you.

    14. Failed or Undeliverable Parcels

    If the address is erroneous or missing, or if you don't pick it up or receive it, we'll ship it back to you.
    We will email you. You can either ask for a re-delivery (which may cost more in shipping) or a refund (less any handling fees).

    15. Public Holidays, Weather, or Seasonal Delays

    Deliveries could take longer during holidays in the UK.

    16. Delivery Confirmation

    When the courier stamps the parcel "Delivered," we know that it has been delivered successfully.
    If you haven't gotten your order yet, although it claims it was delivered, please verify with your neighbor or the delivery agency in your neighborhood.
    Please call us within 48 hours of the delivery time if you still haven't obtained it so we can help you.
