    2. How Can Customers Return Products?

    You have to mail back all refunds.
    We can't accept returns in person or at the store at this time.

    3. Product Condition Accepted

    We only take things that are brand new, never used, and have never been washed.
    The item must be in its original box, with all tags, labels, and extras still attached. There are no stains, damage, or unpleasant scents.
    You won't get a refund if you return something that is used or broken.

    4. Do You Charge Any Restocking Fee?

    No, we don't charge a fee to refill items that are returned.

    5. Return Shipping Costs

    If you received a broken, damaged, or incorrect item, you don't have to pay for return postage.
    If you bought the wrong item or size or merely changed your mind, you have to pay for the return shipping.

    6. Return Period

    You have 14 business days (Monday through Friday) from the day you obtained the item to ask for a return.
    I'm sorry, but we can't provide you a refund or exchange after this period.

    7. Return Conditions

    To be able to give back:
    The item must not have been used and should be in its original packaging.
    Please ensure that all the extra parts, labels, and instructions are included.
    For example, an invoice or an email verifying your order will do.
    It is important to box the item well so that it doesn't get damaged when it is being shipped.

    8. How to Initiate a Return

    A Step-by-Step Tutorial
    We want the return process to be simple and clear. Please carefully read and follow the steps below:

    Step One: Call customer support.
    If you do not obtain your order within 14 business days (Monday through Friday), please email our team at contact@airton.co.uk
    Include these things:
    Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return (such as wrong size or broken item).
    Pictures that show the item clearly (if it's broken or not what you ordered).
    Our support team will respond back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

    Step 2: Find out if you meet the requirements.
    Our team will do the following after we obtain your request: Verify the specifics of your order.
    Verify to see if your return request is genuine.
    You can either approve or deny the return request based on the product's condition and the time frame for returns.
    You will get a return authorization number (RMA) and the address to ship the item back to if your request is authorized. 

    Step 3: Get an RMA (return authorization).

    Big letters should be used to write your RMA number on the outside of the package you're shipping back.
    We might not be able to find your item if you send it back without an RMA number, and your refund might take longer.

    Step 4: Prepare the return and send it.
    Carefully put the item back in its original box.
    Please include a printed copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
    We recommend using Royal Mail or DPD because they allow you to track your package.
    Please send us an email with the tracking number after you ship it.

    Step 5: Process and verify.
    Once your return comes to our warehouse, it will take us 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) to verify it.
    We will email you to let you know when your return has been approved and processed.

    Step 6: Receive your money refunded or a new one.
    Within 10 business days (Monday through Friday), approved refunds are paid back to the payment method you used.
    You will get an email letting you know that your refund has been sent.
    The new item will be dispatched soon after it has been checked if you asked for a replacement.

    10. Damage and issues

    When your order comes, please inspect it right away.
    If the item arrives broken, damaged, or not what you ordered, please send us images within 48 hours.
    We will ship you a new item or provide you a complete refund at no cost to you.

    11. Non-Returnable Items

    We can't take back gift cards or e-vouchers since they can be unclean or harmful.
    Items that are made to order or just for you, things that are on sale or clearance at the end of the season, and things that seem like they've been used or broken

    12. Refund Procedure

    Once your return is approved, you'll get an email with the details of your refund.
    Within 10 business days (Monday through Friday), refunds are paid back to the payment method you used.
    If the goods were broken or faulty, you can't receive your delivery charges back.

    We don't do direct trades at this time.
    If you require a different item or size, please return it and place a new order.
